What if the items are damaged or show manufacturing defects?
All items to be delivered are thoroughly pre-checked by Axeswar Design for any manufacturing defects before being packaged with the utmost care for shipping. If you do notice any damage, please report it by email within 14 days and return the package. Shipment costs for returning the package are for your own expense. Upon receipt of the returned package, you will immediately be sent a new package unless the item is no longer in stock. In that case, we'll refund the purchase amount or offer you a gift certificate.

What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
In accordance with art. 46 of the Belgian Law of 6 April 2010, you have the right as a consumer to inform Axeswar Design that you refrain from purchasing the items ordered online, without incurring any penalty and without having to state a reason, within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the goods.

How are returns to be made?
Returns must be made in the original condition, at your own risk and expense. Axeswar Design will refund the amount of the order once the returned item has been received, and provided the item was not damaged by the customer. To avoid any discussion on the matter, all delivered items are thoroughly checked by Axeswar Design beforehand.

Returns can be made personally by the customer at the shop in Ghent (Belgium). Customers who choose to return an item by post are advised to do so by registered mail. In which case, please package, protect and seal your return carefully and preferably, reuse the original packaging. The return package's shipping costs must be paid in advance; they are charged to the customer.
