Do I have to register before placing an order?
No, only register if you want to. Chose to shop as a guest or as a logged-in, registered user. If you feel this visit to the Axeswar shop won't be a one-off, then registering has its benefits. No need to re-enter your address on your next visits, enjoy a speedy buying process. What if a product is not in stock?
The items on the website are offered until end of stock. If a particular item is sold out or if the last item has been ordered, the mention "out of stock" appears. In that case, the item is temporarily unavailable for order and delivery. Would you like to be notified by email when the article is available again? Please click on the link 'Email notification as soon as product is back in stock' on the appropriate page.
Can I pay safely?
Axeswar Design only offers 100% safe payment options. Safe transactions should always be guaranteed for buyer and seller alike. This way benefits both parties. That is why all data transfer on the Axeswar website takes place in a secure environment with a 256 bit SSL certificate. All transmissions of personal data, payment data and other information is encrypted. Passwords are also saved in an encrypted format.
We have entrusted our payment system to Mollie, a market leader in secure online payments and now the facilitator of online payment systems for more than 20,000 businesses and shops. Mollie meets the strictest safety standards in the field of online payments and ensures your transaction is perfectly safe.
Every order placed on our website is automatically linked to Mollie's ultra-secure server. Axeswar Design has no access to your confidential data at any point in the process.
How can I pay?
In partnership with Mollie, Axeswar Design offers its customers the broadest range of secure online payment options. For instance, pay by:

Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yes, an invoice is automatically generated with every order and sent by e-mail. If you are registered for VAT, you can fill out your VAT number in the comments field as you check out.
How do I use my gift certificate?
Use your Axeswar Design gift certificate both in our shop in Ghent or in our webshop. To pay online with your gift certificate, please enter the code on the voucher in the "discount code" field at checkout.
IMPORTANT: if the total amount of your purchase is lower than the gift certificate's value, the remaining balance of the used gift certificate will be irretrievably lost. So please make sure the value of your purchase is AT LEAST equal to the gift certificate's value.
Which shipping service will deliver my order?
In Belgium, delivery services are handled by Bpost. Choose between a Home Delivery (at the address you entered) or Pick Up your order (in one of the 1400 Bpost pick-up points). In Belgium, there are many pick-up points, most probably in your neighbourhood or on your route.
All deliveries outside Belgium are made by Bpost or by international operator DPD, who will ship and deliver your package to the address you entered. All shipping costs can be found here.
Where do I choose my Pick-Up Point?
If you're in Belgium, you can pick up your package in one of the 1400 Bpost Pick-Up Points. Select the Pick-Up Point of your choice during the ordering process.
Are you a customer outside of Belgium? Sorry, no Pick-Up Points available for selection. Your package will always be sent to the address you entered.
Can I collect my online order at the shop in Ghent?
You're welcome to! It will actually save you money: no shipping costs for you. AFTER ENTERING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS (!), you will need to tick 'pick up at our shop in Ghent' further on in the ordering process. Your package will be waiting for you at the shop as soon as your order is completed. Just drop by when it suits you best, during opening hours of course (Monday to Saturday, from 10AM to 18PM).
Where exactly will my order be delivered?
To the delivery address you entered when you ordered. Just choose what suits you best: home delivery, delivery at work, at the neighbours or relatives,... Or pick up your package in our shop in Ghent or at one of the 1400 Bpost pick-up points in Belgium.
What is the delivery term of my order?
After receipt of the payment, the ordered items will be shipped immediately. Bpost or DPD then ensure you receive your package promptly, usually within 48 hours. International deliveries may take longer time.
If you've chosen to collect your order at our shop in Ghent, your package will be ready for you immediately after ordering. You're welcome to pick it up whenever is convenient for you. Just drop by any time. We are open from Monday to Saturday, without interruption from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Can I receive my order on a particular day?
Yes, Belgian customers can indicate, during checkout, the exact date on which they'd like Bpost to deliver their package. As you order, just click on 'Choose time of delivery'. Then, choose one of ten dates for your order's delivery. We trust that at least one of the dates will suit you. Your order will be delivered to you on the selected date, usually between 8 AM and 1 PM.
What if I'm not home?
Usually, deliveries are made between 8 AM and 1 PM (Bpost) and between 9 AM and 5 PM (DPD and Mondial Relay). If you are not home at the time of delivery, your package will be dropped off at a pick-up point near you. In that case, the postman or courier leaves a note in your mailbox indicating the address of the pick-up point and the period during which your package is available for you to pick up. You will be requested to show ID when you collect your package. After a period of 7 days, it will be returned to sender.
If it is known to you in advance that you will (almost certainly) not be home between 9 AM and 5 PM, simply choose a delivery address other than your home's (e.g. at work, at your parents,...).
Is it possible for me to track my order?
Yes. Every order comes with a track & trace link that allows you to track every move your package makes on the supply route. So you always know the current status of your package's whereabouts.
What if my order just hasn't been delivered?
If, and these are exceptional cases, the regular period of delivery has expired and your order hasn't been delivered, please contact Axeswar Design, we'll track it for you. Erroneously communicated delivery addresses are the responsibility of the Buyer and can give rise to extra costs.
Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
Yes, it's a service we offer for most products. On the product page, please indicate that you would like gift-wrapping. No gift-wrapping can be provided for some bulky products, sorry.
Can I have my order delivered to someone else as a gift?
Of course you can! In that case, enter that person's address as the delivery address when you order.
Can I send someone a gift certificate?
That's also possible. And it's the ideal solution to surprise someone, while also offering him/her the freedom of choice. Have the gift certificate sent to your home and deliver it personally or choose to send it directly to the person you wish to surprise. The recipient can then redeem the gift certificate at Axeswar Design in Ghent, and it is a valid payment method for the online shop too.
What if the items are damaged or show manufacturing defects?
All items to be delivered are thoroughly pre-checked by Axeswar Design for any manufacturing defects before being packaged with the utmost care for shipping. Should you nevertheless notice any damage, you must report this by e-mail to [email protected] within 14 days. Together we will then provide you with the best solution: usually returning the defective article after which a new package will be sent to you free of charge and immediately. If the same article is no longer in stock, we'll refund the purchase amount or you can choose to receive a gift certificate.
What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
If your purchase isn't exactly what you were looking for, then that's a pity but it doesn't have to be a problem. You can indicate within 14 calendar days after receiving your order via e-mail to [email protected] that you would rather renounce your purchase without giving any reason. If you make use of this right of return, we will refund the purchase amount to you upon receipt of the returned products.
How are returns to be made?
Returns must be made in the original condition, at your own risk and expense. Axeswar Design will refund the amount of the order once the returned item has been received, and provided the item was not damaged by the customer. To avoid any discussion on the matter, all delivered items are thoroughly checked by Axeswar Design beforehand.
Returns can be made personally by the customer at the shop in Ghent (Belgium). Customers who choose to return an item by post are advised to do so by registered mail. In which case, please package, protect and seal your return carefully and preferably, reuse the original packaging. The return package's shipping costs must be paid in advance; they are charged to the customer.
